1. Production and Material Planning:

• Develop and maintain short-term and long-term production plans based on sales forecasts, historical data, and OEM commitments.

• Collaborate with Demand Planning teams to align supply plans with forecasted demand and minimize gaps.

• Work closely with the Production team to optimize production schedules, ensuring efficient capacity utilization and minimal waste.

• Monitor deviations between forecasted and actual production and adjust plans accordingly.

• Implement best practices in production planning to improve efficiency and meet customer expectations.

2. Material Requirement Planning (MRP):

• Develop and manage Material Requirement Plans (MRP) to ensure raw materials and packaging availability for production.

• Work closely with Procurement and Warehouse teams to ensure on-time delivery of raw materials while avoiding overstocking.

• Analyze material consumption trends, lead times, and supplier reliability to adjust purchasing strategies proactively.

• Establish buffer stock policies for critical materials to prevent supply chain disruptions.

• Conduct regular reviews of supplier performance and identify opportunities for improvement in material sourcing.

3. Inventory Management & Optimization:

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure optimal stock levels to prevent shortages and overstocking.

• Implement inventory control strategies to ensure stock availability while minimizing carrying costs.

• Work with Warehouse and Procurement teams to improve stock rotation, reduce aging inventory, and prevent obsolescence.

• Develop inventory KPIs and inventory turnover ratios, to optimize working capital.

• Implement analysis to prioritize critical raw materials and finished goods.

4. Strategic Procurement & Cost Optimization:

• Collaborate with the Procurement team to identify cost-saving opportunities while ensuring a stable supply of materials.

• Provide strategic recommendations on supplier selection, contract negotiations, and long-term sourcing strategies.

• Conduct cost-benefit analyses with procurement team to optimize purchasing decisions and reduce procurement costs.

• Work with finance to align procurement budgets with overall business targets.

• Assess risks in the supply chain and develop contingency plans to mitigate supply shortages.

5. New Product Launch & Project Management:

• Act as the Supply planning representative in new product development (NPD) projects, ensuring smooth integration into production planning.

• Work with R&D, Marketing, PM and demand team to develop launch plans that align with supply chain capabilities.

• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks that may affect the launch timeline.

• Ensure that new product demand is integrated into the S&OP process to maintain alignment.

• Conduct post-launch evaluations to improve future product introductions.

6. Reporting and Performance Analysis:

• Develop and maintain supply planning reports, including forecast accuracy, production efficiency, inventory status, and material availability.

• Generate MRP reports and analyze trends to make data-driven decisions for production and procurement.

• Conduct root cause analysis for supply chain disruptions and propose corrective actions.

• Report key supply chain KPIs, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.

• Utilize SAP, Power BI, and Excel to generate detailed reports and insights.

Key Requirements: Education & Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply planning, production planning, or material planning in a manufacturing environment (preferably in the dairy or FMCG industry). 

• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, ETC.) for supply chain and production planning. 

Skills & Competencies: 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. 

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic business needs. 

• Proficiency in supply planning tools, MRP, and data analysis (Excel, Power BI, SAP). 

• Knowledge of S&OP processes, inventory management best practices, and cost optimization strategies.

Lương: Thỏa thuận theo năng lực (cạnh tranh thị trường, review hàng năm).

Thưởng KPI năm theo hiệu suất công việc.

Thưởng lương tháng 13, thưởng hiệu quả công việc, thưởng dự án/NPD khi hoàn thành vượt tiến độ.

Thời gian làm việc: T2 – SÁNG T7 (8:00 – 16:30), nghỉ 2 T7, CN.
