What Wink is Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in bar or hospitality management, ideally in a rooftop or lifestyle venue.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Deep knowledge of mixology, spirits, and beverage trends.
• Excellent communication in English and Vietnamese.
• Passion for hospitality, innovation, and local culture.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• English communication proficiency.
